When calling during normal
business hours (Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm) you will speak
directly to Cooperative personnel and relay the problem.
After hours from 4:30 pm to 11:00 pm there is a night dispatch
answering the telephone for you to report a problem to.
When
calling after 11:00pm Monday through Friday and on weekends, you will
receive an automated attendant. Please
listen to the instructions carefully.
You will be prompted to leave your name, telephone number,
map number and any information that might be helpful to restoring
the power, such as location of tree on power line or broken pole.
This information will be recorded and Cooperative personnel will be
notified immediately of the problem.
